Shipping Information
Please allow 3-7 days for processing.
Customer is responsible for customs charges for all international orders.
If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, so please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. We are not responsible and do not refund any lost or stolen packages. We recommend that you purchase Route Purchase Protection for domestic orders.
We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control.
Return Policy
All sale merchandise is final sale.
thesusumu.com will accept domestic and international returns of full price merchandise 14 days after your order has arrived.
All online orders must be returned to thesusumu.com by mail. For international returns, customers should use a courier of their choice. We recommend using a courier that will provide you with a tracking number as Susumu is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please note returns must be sent back to Susumu from the country in which you received them. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Susumu, however, you may contact your local customs bureau directly in an effort to recover these fees.
All returns will incur a $10 processing & handling fee that will be deducted from the amount of your refund back to your original form of payment.
Returns must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with all tags and packaging included. Items must not have been used for personal or promotional purposes in photography shoots, social media, or commercially. Return approval is at the discretion of Susumu and we reserve the right to deny responsibility for any item that is outside of the aforementioned policy. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer. Susumu also reserves the right to monitor and restrict customer returns based on high frequency or abnormal and/or suspicious patterns.
